All Saints Catholic Academy is dedicated to providing excellence in Catholic Education. We strive to develop qualities in our students which will prepare them to deal with the challenges of life in a Catholic Christian manner. Parents are the primary educators of their children. Children learn by word and example - what a child sees and learns at home affects what they see and learn in All Saints Catholic Academy. The staff of ou school is well qualified to teach children, but we are not able to do all the work. We are dependant upon parents doing their best as the primary educators of their children. That is why we ask parents to pledge to uphold the following. Please check each item to indicate your acceptance as part of this Tuition Contract:
____ I/we will promote Catholic values by practicing the faith through speech, example and regular attendance of weekend Mass and the Sacraments. (If not Catholic - I will support the religious training my child receives as part of his/her education at All Saints Catholic Academy.)
____ The major part of the funding for All Saints Catholic Academy comes from Our Lady of Peace Parish. Since this is so, if I/we am/are members of OLOP Parish, I/we will contribute regularly to the financial support of Our Lady of Peace Parish.
____ I/we will be active in doing my/our service hours to the school and will actively participate in the SCRIP program (at least $100/month)and the various activities of the Home & School Association and fund-raising activities of the school.
____ To the best of ability, I/we will keep all tuition and fees current. (Read & initial back of this form)
____ I have read and understand all the terms on both sides of this Tuition Contract.\

E) TUITION ASSISTANCE
Limited tuition assistance is available. The amount available for tuition assistance comes from Our Lady of Peace Adopt-a-Student Fund. Monies in this fund are from donations and bequests collected throughout the current year and all money in the fund is disbursed each year. Several years ago the total amount collected was $7,500.00 and we had seven families apply for tuition assistance. Last year, the total amount collected was $9,300.00 and we had fifteen families apply for tuition assistance. The amount of tuition assistance given to a particular family is based upon family need, the amount of money in the fund and the number of families applying for tuition assistance. Each family is expected to pay a portion of the tuition cost for the education of their children. There may be other sources for tuition assistance on a state or national level. Please contact the school office for more information.
