The Pastoral Council collaborates with the pastor in making major administrative decisions affecting the parish as well as assisting the Pastor in accomplishing the mission of the parish in all the ministries. The Pastoral Council usually meets on the Second Tuesday of each month at 5:00 PM in the St. Joseph Conference Room. All meetings are open to the public.

The Finance Council assists the pastor in the financial and fiscal matters of the parish. They oversee the budget, personnel and buildings and grounds. The Finance Council usually meets on the third Thursday of the month at 5:00 P.M. in the St. Joseph Conference Room. All meetings are open to the public.
